Overview
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any product not in its original condition.
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will require a verified proof of bank account letter from your bank, and the refund will be paid via EFT. Refunds can take between 5 business days to process.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged or fall within our suppliers’ warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@freedfoot.co.za or call 066 331 9653.
Courier Costs
Suppose you cannot return your product in person. In that case, you should courier your product to the Physical address: Suite 18a Block D Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital, Amplifier Road, Radiokop Ext 13, 1724, and the package needs to be addressed to Freed Foot.
You will be responsible for paying your courier costs for returning your product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance if you are returning products. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
